Sunday January 29, 2018, New Jersey State Police Hamilton contacted this agency in reference to a female subject they had in custody for an outstanding warrant issued by Lambertville Municipal Court. Elandra Johnson (42, Ewing NJ) was taken into custody by NJSP after a traffic stop, and was turned over to this agency. Johnson was unable to post bail, therefore Ptl. Wurpel transported Johnson to the Hunterdon County Jail.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
On February 9, 2018, at 1857 hours, Sgt Memolo was detailed to York Street, for a reported stolen vehicle. The victim advised his Mitsubishi Galant was missing. He stated he parked the vehicle in front of his residence and gathered some paperwork from it. He accidently dropped the key on the ground or floor of the vehicle.
The vehicle was subsequently recovered in West Amwell the next morning and appeared undamaged. No suspects have been located at this time. Investigation pending.

Wednesday January 18th, 2018, Sergeant Anthony Memolo took custody of Ibnmaalik Bingham (34, Trenton NJ) for an outstanding traffic warrant for Driving while Intoxicated. Bingham was transported by Sgt. Memolo to the Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of bail.

Friday January 19th, 2018, Justin Lane (35, Lambertville NJ) turned himself in to Police on an active criminal warrant issued by the Lambertville Municipal Court. Lane was unable to post bail, and was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail.

Sunday, January 22, 2018, Katherine Yarrow (37, Lambertville NJ) was arrested for DUI/DWI. Lieutenant Brown conducted a traffic stop for a burned out headlight, and subsequent to his investigation, Yarrow was taken into custody. Yarrow was charged with DUI/DWI, Maintenance of Lamps, and Careless Driving. Yarrow was released to a friend after processing.

Sunday January 22, 2018 at approximately 2:22am, Lambertville Police responded to Walker’s Wine and Spirits for a noise complaint of loud banging noises. Sergeant Anthony Memolo arrived and observed the front glass door was shattered, but still in the door frame. Sgt. Memolo and surrounding Police agencies scoured the area in search for possible suspects. No entry was made into the business, and nothing appeared to be missing. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact Police immediately.

Monday January 22nd, 2018, Melanie Gilmour (52, Stockton NJ) arrived at Police Headquarters for an unrelated request. While speaking to Administrative Staff, they became concerned by the suspicion of Gilmour being intoxicated, and haven driven to Headquarters with a young child in the vehicle. Detective Albani investigated, and ultimately arrested Gilmour for DUI/DWI. Additional charges are pending.
