CASE 17010317

On December 09, 2017 at approximately 1:18 AM, City Police were detailed to the area of County Route 518 and Lincoln Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle crash.  The driver, Cole Warner, 21 years old, of Harbourton Rocktown Road Lambertville, was driving his 1993 BMW north on County Route 518.  Warner presumable lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole.  The pole snapped and brought down power and other utility lines.  Warner’s vehicle then continued on, striking the residence at 202 Brunswick Avenue also causing damage.  No injuries were reported.  The Lambertville Fire Department as well as the Lambertville Rescue Squad assisted at the scene.  Warner was subsequently found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested by LT. Brown.  Warner was issued summons for Failure To Keep Right, Careless Driving, and Driving Under The Influence.  Warner was released after being processed for the arrest and given a court date of December 21, 2017.
