Regional Transportation
There are plentiful public transportation options serving Lambertville and the surrounding area.
Trans-Bridge Bus Lines provides service to and from New York City, Newark Airport, JFK , and to Pennsylvania. Tickets are available for sale at Valparaiso's Deli located in Lambertville at the mini-mall along the intersection of Routes 165 at 518. They can be reached by calling (609) 397-1116.
In addition, New Jersey Transit and SEPTA (in Pennsylvania) provide regularly scheduled rail service to NYC and Philly, from the Princeton/Trenton area and various SEPTA stations in our vicinity. Serving the Northeast Corridor, AMTRAK is also available in our region.
County Transportation
The Hunterdon County LINK Transportation System provides services to all residents of Hunterdon County, NJ. Funding for operation of the LINK is provided by the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders, NJ TRANSIT and the Federal Transit Administration.
The Hunterdon County LINK Transportation System is comprised of a variety of services including "scheduled route" services (Flemington Shuffles, Cross County Shuffles), "demand response" services, and customized transportation services and assistance. For addition call 800-842-0531.
