PRESS RELEASE – November 12,  2017.

Case 17009192

Gregory Williamson, age 38, of Lambertville, NJ was arrested and charged with simple assault. 

On 10/28/17, Gregory Williams was arrested and charged with assault after a physical confrontation between him and another male occurred on Church Street.  Williamson was released on his own recognizance and given a date to appear in court.

Case 17008686

On 10/28/17, Jessica Coons, age 37, of Levittown, Pa. was arrested and charged with Third Degree Theft.  Coons allegedly took over $1400 worth of jewelry from a residence in Lambertville, NJ.  Coons was released on her own recognizance and given a date to appear in court.

Dubraska Duque, age 28, of Lambertville NJ

Donald Scovell, age 31, of Lambertville NJ

Vincent Cichinski, age 31, of South Plainfield NJ

Allison Holswade, age 26, of Dumont NJ

On 10/29/2017, The above 4 individuals were all arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after a physical confrontation took place between them in the CVS parking lot.  All 4 were released and given a date to appear in court.

Case 17009065

Michael Cloutier (18) and a female juvenile passenger were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 10/24/17 at 0029 hours, Ptl. Bast was working an overtime detail when he observed a motor vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.  A motor vehicle stop was conducted with this vehicle in the area of North Union Street and Coryell Street.  Subsequently the driver, Michael Cloutier, and a female juvenile passenger were arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Cloutier was released after being issued a complaint summons which are returnable in court at a later date.  The female juvenile was released to her parent.

Case 17008183

Christine Przewoznik, 59, was arrested after crashing a vehicle into a residence on Quarry Street and was found to be driving while intoxicated.

On 9/23/17, Christine Przewoznik was driving a green 1997 Honda Accord when she was involved in a motor vehicle crash.  Przewoznik had crashed the vehicle into the front porch of 1 Quarry Street.  Further investigation by Sgt. Memolo revealed that Przewoznik had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated.  Przewoznik was transported to the Hunterdon County Medical Center for further treatment and samples of her blood where taken to determine her level of intoxication.  Przewoznik was charged with driving while intoxicated and will appear in court in the near future.  The owner of the vehicle, Herbert Smith, was charged for allowing an intoxicated driver to operate his vehicle.  He will also appear in court in the near future.

Press Release – October 23, 2017

Case 17008777

Kristen L. Kucharski, 44, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for several motor vehicle violations.

On 10/15/17 at 0146 hours, Ptl. Bast was on patrol in the area of Bridge Street and Route 165.  He conducted a motor vehicle stop with a vehicle driving without its headlights on.  The driver, Kristen Kucharski, was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Case 17007938

John K. Clarkson (26), out of New York, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Ewing Twp. totaling $304.00.

On 9/12/17, John K. Clarkson returned to Lambertville Police headquarters in order to obtain paperwork to release his vehicle after it was towed, as an abandoned vehicle.  Upon doing so, Clarkson was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Ewing Twp. totaling $304.00.  Clarkson was able to post the full bail and was released with the paperwork for his vehicle.

Case 17007940

Robert F. Brooke (39) was arrested in Middle Twp. (Cape May County) for having two outstanding Lambertville City warrants totaling $1,500.00.

On 9/15/17, this department received a call from the Middle Twp. Police Department informing us that they had arrested Robert F. Brooke for having two outstanding Lambertville City warrants totaling $1,500.00.  Brooke was subsequently released on his own recognizance and given a new date to appear in court.

Case 17007997

Victoria Cerwinski (74) was arrested for defiant trespassing on private property.

On 9/17/17, Victoria Cerwinski had returned to 86 South Main Street after she was officially evicted from the residence and provided a copy of the court order stating the same on 9/12/17.  Cerwinski was previously ordered not to return to this residence or she would be charged with defiant trespassing.  Cerwinski neglected to follow the order and was subsequently arrested for the previously stated charge.  She was released with a summons and was assisted in finding temporary housing.
