The Board of Adjustment of the City of Lambertville, NJ, meeting scheduled for April 30, 2020 has been canceled. Our next scheduled meeting will be held on May 28, 2020.
It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our friend, Tim Korzun. A Lambertville fixture for many years, Tim was the longtime chairman of the Planning Board, and had served as the Board's attorney over the past several years. He was a go-to volunteer on essential volunteer work in our city, and we always knew that if we needed something done, and done right, the man to call was Tim. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sharon and Jeanna, and everyone who called him a friend.
Forget April Fools Day -- today is National Census Day! If you have not done so already, you can fill out your Census online at my2020census.gov or call (844)330-2020. If you are stuck at home due to social distancing, responding to the Census is the perfect way to stay civically engaged. As of March 30th, only 36.5% of New Jersey households have self-responded to the Census! We need your help in making sure Lambertville is fully counted!  Stay safe and be counted!
The City has been advised by the NJWSA that the City's requested plan to have native species of plants along the Canal as part of the NJWSA's broader maintenance plans has been adopted and awarded to Torsiolieri, Inc of Gladstone, NJ. They will likely begin that work this or next week, and the work is expected to several days to complete. Any additional information will be added here if it is made available.
The 4/7/2020 Lambertivlle MUA meeting will be conducted via conference call.
