The City of Lambertville today announced that they will not renew the contract of Alex Torpey.  The City has been reviewing the salaries and wages of all City staff, including professional contracts up for renewal. The City will begin the search for a new Business Administrator and anticipates making a decision on his replacement in the coming months

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act and pursuant to NJSA 10:4-8(b), the Authority’s Board of Commissioners shall be holding their regularly scheduled board meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 via Zoom. The tax bills you are about to receive will look different than they have in the past. These are estimated payments, instead of final payments for 2020 and preliminary for 2021. Below we provide some additional information about why we are sending out estimated bills and what they mean.

Please be advised that the street sweeper will begin running again on Monday, July 27th, which means alternate side parking rules will be back into effect. This is at the request of a number of residents who raised concerns about the cleanliness conditions of various streets within Lambertville where the street sweeper had been paused to assist individuals working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Since outdoor dining reopened, with restrictions, on June 15th (see Executive Order 150) the City currently has the below outdoor seating option available for businesses.
