The summer camp program offers a variety of programs that will promote team building among the students ages 5 – 13 who attend the camp. The programs are as follows: board games, sports themed games, arts and craft activities, themed activities, and special events.

STUDENT/STAFF RATIO:            9 to 1, Average enrollment: 34 students

DROP OFF: between 8:30 and 9 AM.

PICK UP: 12 Noon, Counselors will stay until the last student is picked up (12:30 pm). Parents/Guardians/Baby sitters will need to show ID in order to pick up students.

BOARD GAMES: The summer rec program has a variety of age-appropriate board games to offer to the students who attend the summer program.

CARD GAMES:  The card games offered to the students will be age appropriate and include the following:

ARTS & CRAFTS: Ty-dye T-Shirt day; Coloring Books with markers and crayons; and other crafts that are part of a themed week.

VARIOUS ACTIVITIES: Chalk games, jump rope, GaGa Court, Fishing in the canal.

SPORTS THEMES: Tag football, basketball, soccer, kickball.

THEMED WEEKS: Dr. Seuss/Oh the Places You’ll Go, Sports Jersey, Super Hero, Disney, Harry Potter, Talent Show.

Field Trips/Friday events:

• Liberty Pizza (students will make their own pizza)
• OwowCow (ice cream)
• Movie at the Justice Center

Other:

• Grand Faloons
• Water Wednesday
