trick-or-treating will take place from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31.  Residents and visitors are encouraged to visit all areas of the City.  For safety, North Union Street will be closed to all traffic from York to Buttonwood Streets from 5 p.m. until about 8:30 p.m.  Residents are strongly encouraged to move their vehicles parked on the closed portions of  the street prior to the closures because they will not be able to move vehicles except for safety reasons, once trick-or-treating starts.  Enjoy, be safe, and a spooktacular time!
