On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at approximately 7:00PM, SGT. Memolo and PTL. Wurpel observed a group of individuals congregating along the D&R Canal Path near the Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority.  The individuals were stopped near the Riverwalk Complex.  Jaren Coleman a 20 year old male from Berrel Court in Yardley PA, Dazier Long a 20 year old male from Plaza Blvd in Morrisville PA, and Cory Bolt a 21 year old male from Veterans Highway in Levittown PA were each issued summons for Failure to Obey a Lawful Order as a result of NJ Governor Murphy Order to close all state and county parks.  Each individual was given a court date to appear in Lambertville Municipal Court.      

The City of Lambertville Police Department has been conducting high visibility patrols in various locations, including the parks and the D&R Canal Path to assist individuals and remind them of the various orders put in place by NJ Governor Murphy.
