Sunday, March 01, 2020, at approximately 8:25PM, Michael W. Wanen (A 30 year old male from Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia PA) was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice by DET. Matthew Bast. DET. Bast observed a vehicle being driven by Warren make an illegal U-turn on State Highway 29. DET. Bast subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Warren was a wanted fugitive from Philadelphia PA for Burglary, Unlawful Restraint, Criminal Trespass, and Simple Assault. Warren was taken into custody by DET. Bast and processed for the arrest. Warren was then transported to the Hunterdon County Sheriff s Department to await extradition back to Philadelphia PA.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
