On Friday, July 05, 2019, at approximately 11:05 PM, DET Matthew Bast conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 2016 Nissan Sentra on State Highway 179.  The driver, Dillion Ferguson a 28 Y/O male from Old York Road in Ringoes NJ was found to be intoxicated.  Ferguson was arrested and his vehicle towed.  Ferguson was charged with Driving While Under the Influence, Failure to Keep Right, Careless Driven and Operating a vehicle with an Expired Registration.  Ferguson was released to a friend and given a court date of July 17, 2019 at 1:00PM.

On Saturday, July 06, 2019 at approximately 7:30PM, Det. Matthew Bast charged Christopher Pidgeon, a 44 Y/O male from North Union Street Lambertville with a Special Complaint Summons for Discharge of an Explosive Device after he admitted to setting off “Mortar” style of fireworks.  Pidgeon was given a court date of July 17, 2019 at 1:00PM.

On Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at approximately 8:45PM, PTL. Joseph Weber charged Lori Messinger, a 56 Y/O female of Church Street in Lambertville, with a Special Complaint Summons for Possession of an Open Container of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Public Place.  Messinger was observed in possession of the container as well as being intoxicated.  Messinger was given a court date of July 17, 2019 at 1:00PM.
