Saturday, December 29, 2018, at approximately 8:15PM Brandon Rockenbach, a 20 year old male from Waterford Road in Yardley PA and Riley Leonard, a 19 year old female from Worman Road in Stockton NJ, were arrested and charged with Possession of a Control Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The arrests were made as a result of a motor vehicle stop.  Rockenbach was also issued a Motor Vehicle Summons for Maintenance of Lamps.  Rockenbach and Leonard were processed for the arrest and both given a court date of January 03, 2019 at 5:00PM in Lambertville Municipal Court.  After processing, both parties were released.  Officer Tyler Clark is investigating.
