Saturday, December 08, 2018, at approximately 2:20 AM, LT. Robert Brown conducted a motor vehicle stop of a 2006 Lexus for failure to keep right.  The driver, Emily Trouten, a 30 year old female from Cherry Valley Road in Hopewell NJ, was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence.  Trouten was charged with DUI, Failure to Keep Right, and Careless Driving.  Trouten was provided a Court date of December 19, 2018 at 1:00PM and released to a family member.
