Case #17001434:
John R. Zinevich, 55, of Hampton, NJ was arrested on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 3:08AM for Possession of CDS.
While on patrol, Ptl. Pascoe observed Zinevich’s vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 165 and Swan Street with a license plate light out. In addition, a random plate inquiry on Zinevich’s vehicle showed the registration to be expired. Ptl. Pascoe stopped Zinevich in the area of State Highway 179 and Old York Road. Subsequent to investigation, Zinevich was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a wooden stash box “one hitter” with suspected marijuana residue. Zinevich was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Less Than 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Expired Registration. Zinevich was later released with a pending court date.
Case #17001468:
Kyle A. Fryling, 47, of Pipersville, PA was arrested on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 8:15AM for an active warrant.
On February 15th, the New Jersey State Police (Kingwood) contacted Lt. Brown and advised they had Fryling in custody on an active ATS warrant out of Lambertville in the amount of $320.00. Frying was transported to police headquarters where he was taken into custody by Lt. Brown and processed for the arrest. Fryling was unable to post bail in full and an ROR was placed on the warrant. Fryling was later released with a pending court date.
Case #16005870:
Antonio A. Mendez, 28, of Topeka, KS was charged on Saturday, February 11, 2017 for Theft by Deception.
On July 5th, 2016, a resident reported being alerted by their bank that someone had attempted to hack their bank account unsuccessfully. The resident then found a fraudulent check in his name to have been cashed in Kansas. Subsequent to investigation, Mendez was found to have cashed the check fraudulently. Mendez was charged with Theft by Deception, Forgery, and Forgery Writing. Mendez was mailed complaint summonses with a pending court date. Det. Albani investigated.
