DIRECTOR, SUMMER PROGRAM: The City of Lambertville’s Recreation Commission will accept applications for the position of Director of the Summer Recreation Program through June 6, 2020. The Director of the Summer Recreation Program is required to organize the daily programs, hire the counselors, substitute for counselors and ensure that all participants are trained in the various programs as required by the City of Lambertville. The Summer Recreation Program is scheduled to begin on July 6 and end on August 7, 2020, subject to public health restrictions and orders issued by the State of New Jersey and the County of Hunterdon Department of Health.  Any offer of employment is contingent on the Summer Recreation Program being allowed to proceed, and such employment shall continue for the duration of the Summer Recreation Program only.

The Director of the Summer Recreation Program must be 21 years of age, hold current first aid / CPR certification and have teaching and/or coaching experience. The rate of compensation is $35.00 per hour, with the anticipation that this position requires 20 hours of work per week.  This position does not include benefits.
