On Thursday, September 11, 2019, at approximately 9:50PM, Kenny R Lopez-Santizo, a 24 y/o male from East Franklin Street in Hamilton NJ, was arrested by PTL. Lauren Balaity on 2 outstanding warrants.  Both warrants were issued by Trenton Municipal Court for Assault. Lopez-Santizo was taken into custody and transported to the Mercer County Jail in lieu of bail.  Lopez-Santizo was also issued a motor vehicle summons for Maintenance of Lamps.

 

 
CASE #19007443
Saturday, August 31, 2019 at approximately 3:15PM, City Police responded to a two vehicle crash on State Highway 202 south near the Lambertville Exit.  When police arrived on scene they found that one of the vehicles was on fire.  Police were able to knock the fire down prior to the arrival of the Lambertville Fire Department.  The driver and passenger of a 2014 Mazda 4 door was travelling south in the right lane of State Highway 202 when they were struck from behind by a 2009 Subaru Impreza being operated by Paul Creager, a 59 y/o male from Route 57 in Washington (Warren Co) NJ.  This caused the Mazda to roll over 3 to 4 times at which time it caught fire.  The driver and his female passenger were assisted out of the vehicle by passing motorists who stopped to help.  The driver and passenger sustained minor injuries and were transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton NJ by the Lambertville New-Hope First Aid and Rescue Squad.  The driver of the striking vehicle, Creager, was also taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center Trauma Center in Trenton by North-Star Medivac Helicopter for possible head injuries.  At this time the crash is still under investigation and charges may be issued.  SGT. Matthew Bast are investigating.  Assisting the Lambertville Police Department at the crash scene were; West Amwell Police, Delaware Township Police, Lambertville New-Hope First Aid and Rescue Squad, Hunterdon Medical Center Paramedics EMS-3, Lambertville Fire Department, West Amwell Fire Department and the New Hope Fire Department.

Tuesday, September 04, 2019, at approximately 11:10PM, Deanna Rae Falcucci, a 28 y/o female from Chatham Way in Morrisville NJ, was arrested by Detective Vincent Albani, for Driving While Intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop.  Falcucci was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Use Lights When Required and Careless Driving.  Falcucci was released to a friend and given a court date of September 18, 2019 at 1:00PM.

CASE #19007182

On Friday, August 23, 2019 at approximately 2:30AM Maynor Recinos-Arango, a 39 year old male from Keswick Avenue in Ewing NJ, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.  DET. Matthew Bast observed Recinos-Arango driving his 2015 Maserati in an erratic manner and nearly striking the guard rail on 2 occasions.  During the traffic stop it was determined that Recinos-Arango was intoxicated and therefore arrested.  Recinos-Arango was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Obstructed License Plate.  Recinos-Arango was released to a friend and given a court date of September 05, 2019 at 5:00PM.

Friday, August 30, 2019, at approximately 10:30PM, Diane Paras, a 57 year old female from Ben Avenue of Flint Hill VA, was arrested for DUI.  Paras was travelling south on State Highway 29 when DET. Vincent Albani observed the vehicle she was operating had no license plate light.  During the traffic stop DET Albani determined that Paras was intoxicated and placed under arrest.  Paras was charged with DUI, Careless Driving and Unclear License Plate.  Paras was given a court date of September 05, 2019.  

CASE #19007429
Saturday August 31, 2019 at approximately 12:05AM, DET. Matthew Bast conducted a motor vehicle stop on a 1994 Acura on Bridge Street.  As DET. Bast approached the vehicle it fled the scene.  Through investigation, DET Bast was able to determine the driver was Rashad Wilson, a 27 year old male from East Washington Lane in Philadelphia PA.  DET. Bast charged Wilson with Obstructing Justice, Hindering Apprehension, Maintenance of Lamps, and Failure to Signal, Driving While Suspended and Reckless Driving.  Wilson was given a mandatory court date of September 18, 2019.

Friday, August 09, 2019 a resident of Belvidere Avenue reported that a delivered package had been taken from her front porch. The resident confirmed the package was delivered and contained approximately $90.00 worth of merchandise.  PTL. Tyler Clark is investigating.

CASE 19006900
Monday, August 12, 2019 Zihqwan Clemens, a 29 year old male from South Broad Street in Trenton NJ was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension.  Clemens was a passenger in a vehicle during a motor vehicle stop.  During the investigation, Clemens provided DET. Matthew Bast with a false name in an attempt to conceal active arrests warrants.  Clemens was released and given a new court date.

Thursday, August 15, 2019 a resident on Church Street reported the theft of a solar powered lamp from his back yard.  The lamp is valued at $40.00.  PTL. Joseph Weber is investigating.
