On Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at approximately 0830 hours, SGT Gramlich was detailed to 76 Bridge Street (Fine Food and Flowers Deli) for a report of counterfeit money. SGT Gramlich is investigating.

On Sunday, September 27, 2020, at approximately 10:05AM, PTL Weber was detailed to a residence in the 100 block of South Main Street for a report of a stolen bicycle. The victim reported that his black Electro Townie bike was taken from the side of his residence sometime during the nighttime hours. PTL Weber is investigating.

On Saturday, October 03, 2020, at approximately 4:55PM, SGT Gramlich observed 2 males fighting in the parking lot of The Inn at Lambertville Station. John Cunningham, a 63 year old male from Copperfield Road in Scotch Plains NJ, was arrested for Simple Assault as well as Disorderly Conduct, and given a date to appear in court. SGT Gramlich is the arresting officer.

On Thursday, November 05, 2020, at approximately 1442 hours, SGT Memolo received a report of a theft that occurred in the Laundry Room of Lambertville located at 47 North Main Street on November 02, 2020, at approximately 1844 hours. SGT Memolo is investigating.

On Thursday, November 05, 2020, at approximately 1636 hours, Patricia Byrne, 58, of New Hope, PA, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and given a date to appear in court. SGT Memolo is the arresting officer.

On Friday, November 06, 2020, at approximately 1050 hours, SGT Memolo was detailed to Foxy Red’s at 32 Bridge Street for a report of a shoplifting theft that had occurred a day in the past (November 05, 2020). SGT Memolo and DET Bast are currently investigating.

On Saturday, November 07, 2020, at approximately 1907 hours, PTL Edler investigated theft of packages from 17 North Franklin Street. PTL Edler is investigating.

On Friday, November 13, 2020, at approximately 1631 hours, DET Albani responded to 49 Elm Street for a report of Criminal Mischief. A 2010 blue Audi Q5 had been scratched. DET Albani is still investigating.

On Sunday, September 06, 2020 at approximately 5:15PM, PTL Balaity conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle being operated by Zakariyya Bacchus, a 20 year old male from Hudson Road in Bensalem PA.  During the vehicle stop, Bacchus was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  Bacchus was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a motor vehicle summons for improper crossing of a highway divider.  Bacchus was processed for the arrest, given a court date and released.

On Wednesday, September 09, 2020 at approximately 9:35PM, Jesus Santiago Hernandez, a 40 year old male from North Main Street in Lambertville, was arrested by SGT Gramlich after being involved in a motor vehicle crash in which he attempted to leave the scene.  Hernandez was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report being involved in an accident.  Hernandez was given a court date and released to a family member.
