Barbara Murphy, 47, was arrested on August 23, 2017 at 0014 hours for having an outstanding warrant out of Lawrenceville Twp. totaling $120.00.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Route 29 and Weeden Street stop for speeding, Lt. Brown placed Barbara Murphy under arrest for having an outstanding warrant out of Lawrenceville Twp. totaling $120.00. Murphy was released after posting the bail in full.

Case 17007226
Donald Becker, 59, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on August 25, 2017 at 2051 hours after being stopped for speeding.
Sgt. Gramlich was on routine patrol conducting radar enforcement on Old York Road at the intersection of Route 179. Sgt. Gramlich observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and conducted a motor vehicle stop with this vehicle. The driver, Donald Becker was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. Becker was issued several motor vehicle summonses and was released.

Kyle Scott, 21, was arrested on August 26, 2017 at 2147 hours for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lt. Brown was on routine patrol on Route 165, when he observed a vehicle traveling north with the passenger side headlight out. Lt. Brown conducted a motor vehicle stop with this vehicle. During the motor vehicle stop, Lt. Brown could detect a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The driver, Kyle Scott, was subsequently arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia. Scott was released at the scene but was charged with being in possession of drug paraphernalia and maintenance of lamps.

Christopher Dane, 58, was arrested on August 27, 2017 at 0003 hours for driving while intoxicated.
While on routine patrol, Lt. Brown observed the accused, Christopher Dane, urinating in public while standing next to his vehicle. Further investigation lead to Dane being placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Dane was later released to a friend after being issued several motor vehicle summonses along with a special complaint summons for urinating in public.
