Henry Kaitel, 29, of Trenton, NJ was arrested on Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 at 12:56 AM for possession of prescription medication not properly contained in a prescription bottle.

While on patrol, Ptl. Bast observed Kaitel’s vehicle traveling in the area of Bridge Street with a brake light out. In addition, a random plate inquiry on the vehicle revealed the registered owner to have an active ATS warrant out of Trenton. Ptl. Bast stopped Kaitel in the area of Route 29 and the Riverwalk Complex. Subsequent to investigation, Kaitel was found to have an active ATS warrant out of Trenton for $325.00. In addition, search incident to arrest found Kaitel to be in possession of a small pink container with two pills. Kaitel was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Prescription Medication Not Properly Contained in a Prescription Bottle, and was processed for the warrant. Additionally, Kaitel was issued motor vehicle summonses for Revoked Touring Privileges, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle. Kaitel was unable to post bail, and an ROR form was attached to the warrant. Kaitel was later released with a pending court date.

Frank Roche, 56, of Flemington, NJ was arrested on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 01:38 AM for DUI.

While on patrol, Lt. Brown observed Roche’s vehicle traveling in the area of Route 165 failing to keep right and speeding. Lt. Brown stopped Roche in the area of Route 29 and Weeden Street. Subsequent to investigation, Roche was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. Lt. Brown charged Roche with DUI, Speeding, Failure to Keep Right, and Careless Driving. Roche was later released with a pending court date.
