ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
Collin Michael Curran, 21, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Monday, June 26, 2017 at approximately 1026 hours for Defiant Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving Under the Influence.

On the above date, patrol responded to the area of 1 Cherry Street for a male who had fallen inside a business.  Upon arrival Sgt. Gramlich met with Curran, who appeared heavily intoxicated and appeared to have urinated inside the business.  Subsequent to investigation, Curran was placed under arrest for Defiant Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving Under the Influence.  Curran was transported to headquarters and processed for the arrest.  Curran was additionally issued a motor vehicle summons for Careless Driving.  Curran was later released with a pending court date.
