Case #17005124:

Jack H. Price, 22, of Lambertville, New Jersey, was arrested on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at approximately 0156 hours for theft.

While on patrol in the area of Bridge Street and Union Street, Lt. Brown was made aware of a signboard that had just been removed from its location on Bridge Street. Lt. Brown located the sign in possession of Price. Subsequent to investigation, Price admitted to having removed the sign, and was released at the scene with instructions that a summons would be mailed to him. A summons charging Price with Theft of Movable Property was mailed at a later date.

Case #17005129:

Victor Lopez Hernandez, 29, of Lambertville, New Jersey, was arrested on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at approximately 0248 hours for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

While on patrol in the area of Church Street and North Franklin Street, Lt. Brown observed Hernandez’s vehicle being driven erratically in the area of Church Street and North Main Street. Lt. Brown stopped Hernandez on Church Street where, subsequent to investigation, Hernandez was believed to be under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, Hernandez was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Hernandez was placed under arrest for DUI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hernandez was transported to headquarters and processed for the arrest. Hernandez was later released with a pending court date.
