Case #17003553:

George V. Ingoglia, 23, of Lambertville, New Jersey was arrested on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at approximately 1443 hours for possession of marijuana.

While performing stationary radar and traffic enforcement in the area of Route 165 and South Main Street, Ptl. Bast observed Ingoglia’s vehicle failing to keep right and not displaying a New Jersey inspection sticker. Ptl. Bast stopped Ingoglia in the parking lot of #1 State Highway Route 165. Subsequent to investigation, Ingoglia was found to be in possession of a small bag of suspected marijuana and several wax folds with suspected heroin residue. Ingoglia was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and issued a motor vehicle summons for Failure to Keep Right. Ingoglia was processed for the arrest and later released with a pending court date.

Case #17003603:

A bicycle was reported stolen from the area of North Union Street and Buttonwood Street on Monday, April 24, 2017 at approximately 1530 hours.

This agency is currently investigating the theft of an unsecured bicycle from the area of North Union Street and Buttonwood Street. The bicycle was described as a light blue Mongoose mountain bicycle. The theft was believed to have taken place between 1200 hours and 1800 hours on Saturday, April 22, 2017. A $50.00 Home Depot Gift Card and approximately $65.00 was reported stolen out of a vehicle on Monday, April 24, 2017 at approximately 1630 hours.

This agency is currently investigating the theft of a $50.00 Home Depot Gift Card and approximately $65.00-$75.00 in loose change and paper bills. The items were reported stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on Holcombe Way, believed to have been taken between 2015 hours on April 23, 2017 and 0700 hours on April 24, 2017. Case #17003603:

Christian Shelton, 19, of Dayton, NJ was arrested on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sgt. Memolo responded to a motor vehicle stop in an active construction zone in the area of Bridge Street and Lambert Lane. After approaching Shelton’s vehicle to ascertain why he was parked in the construction zone, patrol detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Subsequent to investigation, Shelton was found to be in possession of a bag of suspected marijuana and a metal grinder. Shelton was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shelton was processed for the arrest and later released with a pending court date.
