Edgar Martinez-Castro, 24, of Lambertville, NJ was arrested on Saturday, April 1st at 09:00 AM for an active warrant.

While on patrol, Ptl. Cooper observed Martinez-Castro’s vehicle traveling in the area of State Highway 29. A random plate inquiry on the vehicle revealed the registered owner to have an active ATS warrant out of Greenbrook. Ptl. Cooper stopped Martinez-Castro in the area of Route 29 and police headquarters. Supsequent to investigation, Martinez-Castro was found to be the registered owner, having an active ATS warrant out of Greenbrook for $500.00. Martinez-Castro was placed under arrest and processed for the warrant. Martinez-Castro posted bail and was later released with instructions to obtain a new court date.

A blue and silver Giant bicycle was reported stolen on Sunday, April 2, at approximately 12:36 AM.

This agency is currently investigating the theft of a blue and silver Giant bicycle reported as stolen from the area of 1 Feeder Street. This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the bicycle’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact this agency at (609) 397-3132.

A red Honda Fit was reported stolen on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at approximately 0904 hours.

This agency is currently investigating the theft of a red Honda Fit with New Jersey registration, “A58AJX,” from 82 Coryell Street. The vehicle was reported as stolen overnight out of the garage. It should be noted the owners possess an identical vehicle with New Jersey registration, “A57AJX.” This investigation is ongoing. Clarence Woodland, Jr. of Trenton, NJ was arrested on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017 for an active warrant.

At approximately 11:34 PM this agency was contacted by the Trenton Police Department advising they had Woodland, Jr. in custody for an active $940.00 ATS warrant out of this jurisdiction. Ptl. Wurpel took custody of Woodland, Jr., who was unable to post bail. Woodland, Jr. was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail where he was lodged in default
