Please be advised that out of respect for the importance of the 2020 Budget Hearings and all matters related to COAH, the Governing Body decided to break both topics out into the separate meetings. This will give the members of the Governing Body and the public the time needed to openly discuss both topics.

It is important to note the time change for the Special Session scheduled for June 10, 2020. The meeting will begin at 6 pm and is not an in person meeting and is being hosted through Zoom.

 

JUNE 9, 2020 VOTING SESSION/2020 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lambertville will hold the monthly voting session on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Please note, that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 and 10:4-8(b), Open Public Meetings Act, and P.L. 2020, c.11, this meeting will be streamed live through ZOOM. Action will be taken at the meeting. The meeting agenda has been posted to the City’s website at www.lambertvillenj.org, the Bulletin Board at City Hall, in the Elevator Room at City Hall located in the rear of the building at 18 York Street and at the Phillip L. Pittore Justice Center located at 25 South Union Street in the City.

JUNE 10/12 SPECIAL SESSION MATTERS RELATED TO COAH/FAIR SHARE HOUSING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lambertville will hold a special session on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 6 p.m. to discuss matters related to Fair Share Housing, adopt the following resolutions: endorse the Housing Element of the Fair Share Plan, instruct the Planning Board to conduct a scattered site preliminary investigation and to hold the public hearing on Ordinance Number 04-2020 introduced at the May 21, 2020 Voting Session, A Bond Ordinance Providing for Various Actions Including Planning and Investigation Costs in Furtherance of a Scattered Site Study in and by the City of Lambertville, Appropriating $18,000 Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $18,000 Bonds or Notes of the City to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof.

Residents can view the meeting as detailed above.  The Governing Body will hold this meeting via online meeting forum and telephone conference and will not be in-person.  This meeting will be closed to any in-person attendance and instead will be hosted through a webinar with participation from the Mayor, Council President, Council Members, the Business Administrator, City Clerk, City Attorney and City Planner. Formal action will be taken by the Governing Body.
