PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lambertville will hold the monthly voting session on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Please note, that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 and 10:4-8(b), Open Public Meetings Act, and P.L. 2020, c.11, this meeting will be streamed live through ZOOM. Action will be taken at the meeting. The meeting agenda has been posted to the City’s website at www.lambertvillenj.org and has been posted on the Bulletin Board at City Hall.



ACCESS TO THE MEETING:

You may access the meeting by downloading the ZOOM Video Conferencing App or by phone. The information is available on the following web address: http://lambertvillenj.org/virtualmeetings.

Be advised that members of the public can participate in this meeting by utilizing the "Raise Hand" feature within the Zoom Platform. When utilizing Zoom through the phone, the "raise your hand" option is  *9, and then you will be placed in the queue. In order to raise your hand while on the computer, simply click the "raise hand" button on the bottom of the screen.  Comments will be taken under the public participation portion of the Agenda. This is a temporary policy only put in place due to the ongoing public health emergency. 

Residents can view the meeting as detailed above.  The Governing Body will hold this meeting via online meeting forum and telephone conference and will not be in-person.  This meeting will be closed to any in-person attendance and instead will be hosted through a webinar with participation from the Mayor, Council President, Council Members, the Business Administrator, City Clerk and City Attorney. Formal action will be taken by the Governing Body.
