Notice is hereby given that the City of Lambertville, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey is conducting a competitive contracting process (pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et seq.) for Film Series at the Justice Complex. Sealed RFP responses shall be received by the City Business Administrator or designated representative per instructions provided in this RFP. Submissions must be made by September 18th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time. Beginning at 2:01pm on September 18th 2019, in the first floor meeting room, City Hall, 18 York Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530 submissions will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following Film Series at the Justice Center.

Submission packages, including evaluation criteria, may be obtained only by emailing the City Business Administrator at [email protected] . Per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.5, there is a $25 fee, accepted only by certified check or money order, to obtain the submission package, which can be made out to “City of Lambertville.”

All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts).

Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership from ( N.J.S.A.52:25-24.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities. The City shall award a contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.
