The City of Lambertville announced that it has forged an agreement with the Fair Share Housing Center, the leading state advocacy group for affordable housing, on a plan to meet its affordable housing obligations.  


Under the plan, the city will redevelop the property on Connaught Hill, the site of the Old Lambertville High School, as a full scale residential development zoned for 139 total units with a 20-percent set aside for low and moderate income households.

As currently envisioned, the new development will be comprised of 67 market-rate townhouses, 44 market-rate apartments, and 28 affordable, family rental apartments.
