SPECIAL SESSION OF THE GOVERNING BODY:
Reminder: The Governing Body will hold a special session tonight, Monday, April 9, at 6:30 pm at the Phillip L. Pittore Justice Center to amended and adopt the 2018 budget. Representatives from Elizabethtown Gas and Suez will be present to discuss the road work.

TREE TRIMMING:
Contractors from JCP&L will be trimming trees away from the power lines. You should receive a door hanger advising you of their work prior to their start. They will be working on the following streets this week, weather permitting: Clinton Street, York Street, Ferry Street and on South Union Street by the Inn of the Hawke.

Next week, April 17, 2018, they plan to work on North Union Street by Caffe Galleria.
All work is weather permitting.

STREET SWEEPER:
The Street Sweeper resumes this week (weather permitting)! Please remember to move your car to avoid a ticket.


JUSTICE CENTER PARKING:
We have two spaces available for lease at the Phillip L. Pittore Justice Center. The fee is $55 per space per month. Call Shelley at 609-397-0110 for additional information.


SUEZ WILL BE FLUSHING HYDRANTS 
Suez will be flushing hydrants from April 12 through April 30th. For additional information, please visit www.mysuezwater.com or call 888-770-6030.


PUBLIC WORKS will be chipping the Christmas Trees at Ely Field on Tuesday, April 10th, weather permitting.
